Prices: Quoted FOB Oxnard, California or FOB factory, unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Minimum Order: $200.00 in-stock / $300.00 manufactured goods.

Convenient Ways to Pay: AHS Account, COD, MasterCard/Visa, Check and Cash

California Sales Tax Law: We are required to collect sales tax from purchasers that reside within the state of California or out of state purchasers that pick up merchandise at our warehouse. Sales Tax exemptions will be allowed only if you qualify and have a signed certificate of Resale on file with us.

Backorders: Items backordered always receive first priority handling. Freight charges for backorder items are your responsibility. These charges will not exceed the charges that would have been incurred had the item been delivered with the original shipment.

Special Orders: A 25% deposit must accompany all special orders. Some special orders may be subject to a factory cancellation charge. Special orders and non-stocked items can’t be returned for credit.

Foreign Orders: At this time, we can only ship to points within the United States. For information on overseas shipping, preparing export declaration papers, see your export broker. Shipments originating outside the United States, must be paid for in US funds.

Freight Charges: You pay all freight charges, unless otherwise stated.

AHS Truck Delivery: We operate a weekly delivery service. Free delivery is provided in our service area for orders totaling $1,000.00 or more. There is a $50.00 charge for orders below this amount.

Shipping Points: Most products we offer are shipped from our warehouse in Oxnard, California. Some orders may be shipped direct from the factory.

Alternate Shipping: We can ship UPS and Air. An additional handling charge will be added. Air is used only at the request of the customer.

Damaged Freight: All merchandise is shipped FOB Shipping Point: this means that merchandise becomes your property as soon as we give it to the freight carrier. The freight carrier is responsible for the complete and safe delivery of your merchandise. It is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect the merchandise when it is delivered. If the freight carrier fails to deliver your merchandise in good condition, it is your responsibility to file a damage or loss claim with the carrier. If you need help, please call us. We will be glad to assist you.

Delays: We will not be responsible for loss, damage or delays in delivery from strikes, acts of war, fire, casualty, inability to obtain material or other causes beyond our control. Merchandise offered is subject to prior sale.

Recommendations: All recommendations are compiled from recognized horticultural sources including manufacturers. We are not responsible for damage or failure because of the recommendations.

Returns: No merchandise may be returned without prior authorization from our office or it will be refused. A restocking charge of 20% is charged on all returns unless merchandise is defective, in which event, it should be returned to the manufacturer.

Notice to Purchaser: There are no warranties that extend beyond the description on the face of this contract. Seller disclaims any warranties, expressed or implied, that the goods sold are “as is” and with all faults. Buyer and seller agree that any statement or representations made by the seller, except those on the face of this contract, were only sellers opinion, were not a part of the basis of the bargain and are not warranted to be correct. Seller does not join in any warranty or guarantee made by the manufacturer, distributor, jobber, dealer or broker of the goods described herein.
