We’re excited to be able to offer Takao Nursery’s Calipots at AHS!

These elle pots are custom, inhouse blends of a mix of peat moss and perlite with a fertility charge added to help get your cuttings off to a good start. They were developed with the west coast climate in mind – better air porosity for more frequent misting under the warmer and brighter conditions.

Calipots are also 1/3 deeper than the standard elle pot. The longer profile helps move the water through the soil creating more circulation in the root zone and also allowing for more rooting area and a stronger plant.

Sizes available are 72 deep cell and 128 deep cell.
