Hydroponic seed germination, simplified. This specially-engineered lower density, higher drainage foam has a unique cell structure a lot like a plant’s own, making it perfect for hydroponic seed germination of vegetables and herbs. High-drainage design helps maintain an ideal air/water balance, draining excess water from the base of the seed, even with heavy watering. Better drainage also keeps the top of the media drier, minimizing algae growth. Its lower density offers minimal resistance for fragile embryonic roots and allows for easier growth after roots are more developed.
HORTICUBES® are also an ideal media for growers using automatic seeders HORTICUBES® media is inert, with no starter fertilizer included, for greater planting flexibility. Best of all, it’s ready to go and easy to use. Simply wet it down and start seeding.
